How we roast it:
Back again in 2020, Reserva Suriray offers a lot of the same sweet, well rounded flavors of the past release, in a very balanced and sessionable cup. We roast this coffee to offer a balanced profile, mixing the tropical and stone fruit flavors with the creamy body and sugary underpinnings. The result is closest to a medium roast, which we haven been wanting to add to our current menu.
How we drink it:
Peruvian offerings are some of our favorites for single origin espressos. They add a very creamy body to espresso drinks. We like this offering every other way too-- it has very broad appeal.
