The hits from Daye Bensa keep coming! This time, another familiar lot makes its appearance. Buncho is a mainstay here at H&S, and this year the dominant sweetness is punctuated on either side by unique persimmon and floral notes. This is a comforting, warming coffee, perfect to end the year with.

Filter eval day 10: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 shows a soft, highly sweet cup with plenty of warming notes. Jammy persimmon and plenty of subtle, but complex wildflowers, and a slightly creamy, nutty finish.
We use 60 hardness, 20 buffer water heated to 198F in all of our recipes.
