La Reserva is back, and this year we opted for this exceptionally clean and juicy washed Sidra lot. Expect a juicy, clean cup loaded with stonefruit and tropical character.

Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 shows a bright and tropical cup that is very clean and sharp, with a lingering tropical sweetness to finish. Dominated by dark fruits and finishing very clean.
We use 60 hardness, 20 buffer water heated to 198F in all of our recipes.
