Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

You must contact us if you need your order by a certain date. Packages can not be re-routed, forwarded, or returned once they leave our roastery.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

USPS orders ship Ground Advantage or Priority 2-day. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 days. Free shipping-eligible orders are generally always shipped USPS Ground Advantage.

UPS orders ship UPS Ground or UPS 2-day Air.

Free shipping: All orders over $60 quality for free shipping! This discount is applied automatically at checkout.

International Shipping

DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) are available as options at checkout. Selecting DDU at checkout means you may have to pay an additional duty fee once your order is processed in your country, before the shipping company will release your order for delivery. H&S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any duties or customs fees. Rejecting a delivery on the basis of unpaid duties or customs fees IS NOT ELIGBLE FOR A REFUND FROM H&S. Be aware of the duties and customs fees for roasted coffee in your country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at coffee@hscoffeeroasters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

USPS: USPS shipping to P.O. boxes is available.

UPS: Please check with your local post office about UPS shipping to P.O. Boxes. Make sure your P.O. Box number is in your shipping information along with a physical address for UPS shipments.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns on non-perishable items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at coffee@hscoffeeroasters.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
