Space Jam. This is a different iteration of the blend from our previous 2025 release! A bit more in line with the classic Space Jam experience.

One of two lots coming from the Daye Bensa washing station Rumudamo, which sits at 2,200 masl in Sidamo. This lot is the natural and shows plenty of deeply sweet red and purple berries and fruits in the cup. It offers a beautiful contrast to its companion washed lot, showing similar flavor characteristics in the tartaric (grape) and floral components. This cup is highly sweet!

This sensational lot produced by Diego Bermudez showcases his repertoire for creating flavors in coffee that have never been tasted before. This coffee is famous among coffee enthusiasts for its incredible array of creamy, sugary, savory notes punctuated by Pink Bourbon fruit characters. Dynamic and complex, expect an array of milky, creamy, cakey textures and flavors complimented with tropical fruits and berries, and finally; spices and florals, all of which hit the palate in abundance.

Thinking on a recent discussion of the 'ceiling' of a different origins, we find ourselves constantly looking for coffees that exemplify their origin and as such, trying to raise that ceiling with our work. This coffee highlights some of the best attributes of Brazil: high sweetness and creamy mouthfeel, along with superb jammy character reminiscent of your favorite jams and jellies. This is an easy-drinking and accessible coffee. Will it change your opinion of Brazil? The characteristic Brazil terroir is here, but the sublime jammy sweetness may turn your head.

Our first Wush Wush release, this coffee offers a tropical fruit profile in a clean and neat cup. Acidity and sweetness are well balanced and offer small hints at underlying florality in the finish. The complexity in this cup is based in its fruit-laden character, with a juciness that can take you in many different directions.
