The crescendo of La Papaya season is upon us with our first ever Reserve series release. La Papaya Reserve is a special designation; it entails extra dedication to lot separation and processing to achieve the best possible outcome from one of the world's greatest farms. The cup resonates with this extra attention. Expect multi-layered candied fruit sensations, bouquets of florals, and a surprising tartness to explore in this deeply complex cup. "Fruit loops in a flower shop" is just the start. This natural process coffee carries no funk designator as it is extremely clean.
Panama Savage Iridescence 2025
Posted by H+S Coffee Roasters on
Savage Iridescence is back for another year, and the 2025 lot delivers a similar experience to last year -- huge florals wrapped around intense tropical and citrus fruits. The carbonic macerated process elevates the Panamanian Gesha, known for subdued floral character, to a lively experience. An excellent balance is struck between these two characteristics.
This release also marks the beginning of Savage season, with two additional Savage coffees being released in the coming months.
Kenya Kiamwangi AB 2025
Posted by H+S Coffee Roasters on
Kenya season continues with a coffee we loved three years ago, and we are excited to bring it back. Kiamwangi AB offers a heavier-fruited character compared to the Karani AA released in July. It has a more syrupy and sweeter body compared to the lighter, green-tea-like nuance the Karani AA has. This profile is a little more classic-Kenya.
Panama Deborah Echo 2025

Deborah Echo is a carbonic macerated washed process with an additional cascara infusion which provides a unique sensation in the cup. It has a similar structure to Savage Iridescence, presenting huge florality throughout the cup along with sweet dark fruits and the beautiful, semi-tart presence of cascara. The combination of flavors is again well-structured and layered in complexity. Folklore rose is a hybrid tea variety developed in Germany in 1977 by the Kordes family. Its fragrance is similar to violet and reminds of juicy, plum-like fruits and hibiscus.
Kenya Gatomboya AA 2025
Posted by H+S Coffee Roasters on
Our final Kenya release of the season is this AA separation from Gatomboya factory. The cup is brimming with tart berries along with a crisp green apple note. In terms of profile, this falls between the Karani AA and Kiamwangi AB releases in terms of both profile development and classic Kenya stylings. A worthly send-off to what has been a stellar Kenya season.
