Our final Kenya release of the season is this AA separation from Gatomboya factory. The cup is brimming with tart berries along with a crisp green apple note. In terms of profile, this falls between the Karani AA and Kiamwangi AB releases in terms of both profile development and classic Kenya stylings. A worthly send-off to what has been a stellar Kenya season.

Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 shows a clean and juicy cup, full of tart berries and a very crisp green-apple finish. Sweetness is juicy, slightly round, with a very clean and short finish.
We use 60 hardness, 20 buffer water heated to 198F in all of our recipes.
