Panama Savage Iridescence 2025
Coffee overview
Savage Iridescence is back for another year, and the 2025 lot delivers a similar experience to last year -- huge florals wrapped around intense tropical and citrus fruits. The carbonic macerated process elevates the Panamanian Gesha, known for subdued floral character, to a lively experience. An excellent balance is struck between these two characteristics.
This release also marks the beginning of Savage season, with two additional Savage coffees being released in the coming months.

Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 shows a lively cup contrasting between heavy floral character and tropical / stonefruit notes. The floral finish is arresting and lingering on the palate.
