Perhaps the most traditional notes of Ethiopia season come with this washed released from Daye Bensa. Keramo is a classic, presenting punchy citric acidity, stonefruit sweetness, and a short, tea-like finish. So far in profiling it is presenting a dynamic cup capable of presenting more fruits, or more florals, depending on you preference.
