Basha Bekele has proven himself in short order as one of Ethiopia's top producers. His efforts shine in the cup, producing tart and tangy tropical fruit notes with vibrant acidity which lead into a syrupy sweet and sugary body. This coffee is altogether fun, punchy, and intense.

Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 shows a very intense and punchy cup, featuring a full spectrum of tropical and berry-like fruits, in their most intense forms. This cup is juicy and full of sugary sweetness, finishing clean. A lively natural.

We use 60 hardness, 20 buffer water heated to 198F in all of our recipes.
