The other half of our Kenya menu this season is certainly more classic. Juicy and tart dark fruits dominate the palate with a sweet, lingering finish. This cup is very intense, and well-structured. A faint amount of cream finishes out this dazzling cup.
Coffee flavor profile
Fruit punch, pomegranate, raspberry sherbert
Sweetness: syrupy, coating
Filter: While we designated this coffee as a light roast, we also recommend plenty of rest for full enjoyment. It is an easily-extracting cup, with 25% extraction yields common. Intense and juicy at multiple extractions, lower ratios really increase tartness while higher ratios create more separated layers.
Espresso: Fast-extracting 1:3 ratio turbo shots bring intense juiciness and tartness to each sip.
Water: We use 60/20 water in all brewing evaluations.
