A decadently sweet Red Bourbon offering from Rwanda Trading Company & Nyungwe Washing Station, this lot truly represents the best of what Rwanda coffees offer. Its sweetness is paramount in the cup, presenting jammy, coating sweetness in its notes along with a long, pleasant, vanilla-like finish. This coffee is well-balanced and sessionable.

Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 shows a superbly sweet coffee chock full of jammy sweetness tied to its notes. Strawberry and raspberry are prominent with a very long finish. Notes are a bit tart in this recipe, sweetness will be enhanced with lower ratio extractions.

We use 60 hardness, 20 buffer water heated to 198F in all of our recipes.
