A very juicy, very loud, and very sweet field blend from a group of young producers (Productores del Futuro) around Northern Huila. We've been buying this coffee for several years now and it continues to deliver. An excellent clean washed coffee, highly sessionable, perfect for Spring.

Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 - Excellent Caturra field blend example. Boring washed Caturra vibes. Loads of fruit and sugary tactile in a very clean presentation. Some faint orange blossom floral in the finish.

We use 60 hardness, 20 buffer water heated to 198F in all of our recipes.
