Peru Roger x Eli
Coffee overview
Roger Chilcon and Eli Espinoza combined their Gesha harvest this year into a sensational lot, carefully processed on Roger's farm in a light anaerobic washed fashion. This coffee offers very high complexity, layered soft tropical and stone fruit characters, beautifully honeyed sweetness, and more complex florals into the finish. This coffee has stunned on every approach through profiling and tasting, as long as you approach this one with some delicacy in mind, it will delight.
