Peru stunner #2 of the season arrives with another superbly complex profile. This lot contains multitudes, from a bracingly citric acidity (the bitterness of grapefruit or yuzu is apt), to sublimely layered floral notes of osmanthus, jasmine, honeysuckle, and others. This is a bit more challenging of a cup compared to last month's Peru, and just as superlative.
