Another plummy Caturra field blend on deck for this month, from another mainstay here at H&S. Ernedis Rodriguez has been a producer we've purchased from for 7 years now, and we always purchase the lot that produces the bulk of his yearly income -- a Caturra dominant field blend. Ernedis has made substantial upgrades to his operation over the last several years, which continues to show in the cup. Expect a very juicy cup laden with fruit character, along with a fairly prominent jasmine finish -- an interesting departure from the norm for this coffee.

Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 - Expected juicy Caturra up front with a very interesting, very jasmine tea finish with some linger. Not something we've had from this lot before.
