This beautiful washed Pink Bourbon brings the juice. An intense, juicy, and clean cup that harkens back to some of our favorite Pink Bourbon releases of the last few years. Excellent clarity and some softness and florality into the finish. La Fortuna is a new farm for us, it has an excellent reputation and has historically performed well in competition and auction. I am very excited to share this set with you all.

Rest: 40+ days recommended

Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 - A pronounced juicy cup from the start. Many tropical fruits and stonefruits dominant most of the cup, giving way to softer florality in the finish. A nice start, very clean.

TDS: 1.36 EY: 22.59%

We use 60 hardness, 20 buffer water heated to 198F in all of our recipes.
