Coffee overview
This one jumped off the table when I sampled it early this year, and I opted for a later harvest and container along with many other fantastic Unblended lots that you will start seeing on the menu soon. This one is a total screamer. If you remember Santa Librada and La Esperanza, this washed Pink Bourbon is in a similar vein. Loads of acidity and intensity in a very clean cup. I am very excited to have this one on the menu.
