Welcome to Ecuador season! We are delighted to introduce a new-to-us producer, Teodomiro, who has stunned us with this washed Typica Mejorado. The expected markers are here -- ultra-clean cup, transparent flavor separations, sugary sweetness. A beautifully tart acidity starts this cup, and a very softly sweet melon ends it. Some florality is in here as well in the form of honeysuckle. This is a very beautiful coffee and has instantly become a favorite here at the roastery.
